They are updating their website and everytime they do old products "appear" but they don't really have them, they just use the old templates to upload new products.

Well that really is a stupid thing to do, hmmmm, my order went through and all, guess we will see. I ordered a few other things too while I was paying shipping already. I can always just cancel I suppose.

Aww, don't feel bad! You couldn't have known, and it was great of you to share the info! Shame on Nordstrom for being so silly in their methods of updating.

As true as that is, you never know! I ordered softwash grey a while ago and they were out, even though my order went through, I didn't know about them cancelling my order until a week later!

Well then, about 3 weeks ago they had gold dusk suddenly reappear on the site and I couldn't pass it up....I thought it was too good to be true, but you know what? They actually had it...so you never know....And Mandalinn, even if it is a false alarm, thanks for the info!!! Who knows, I might get my jewel eyes palette anyway, right!!???!!!

But out of 5 transactions with their site, 3 of them went bad....so here's to hoping....I already ordered the jewel eyes palette just now, and my patternmaker brushes!! *fingers crossed*

Well, it was too good to be true, because 20 mins after placing my order, here's the e-mail I received:

I ordered last night and it says they are processing my order.... I haven't gotten anything other then a confirmation so far! Keeping fingers crossed =)
