Oil Control Help!

Ok, I need help. It's now 9:40 and I applied my makeup at 8:00. My face is completely shiny and I'm talking just a tad, I'm talking like someone could probably see their reflection off of my face. It probably started getting oily a little after 9. That's one hour! How can I control the shine? I use blot owder - doesn't work. My foundation is the select spf 15 MAC foundation and then on top I use studio fix powder. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated - it's so gross!

I am very oily- shiny within an hour oily.
I use Instant mattification by Bliss and it seems to do the trick nicely. I don't get any unwanted shinyness now.
