Phone interview help!

I keep failing these and I don't understand why.
Applied for the Bobbi Brown counter and failed and Selfridges hasn't yet got back to me.
What am I saying wrong? Don't wanna fail the MAC one when a position becomes available.

Oh gosh.. not sure. I had to do them with Clinique and passed. I guess, it's how you answer your questions, what they are looking for.

What were some of the questions? Telephone and group interviews are a weeding out process, so if you can figure out where you are going wrong that will definitely help get you to the next step of a face to face interview. I recently went through the MAC hiring process a couple months ago, so maybe I can help.
