Ok- I live in lakewood (long beach) area and I don't have anyone here to do the highlights for my hair.. my roots are grown out about 5 inches and it looks FREAKIN TRASHY! I need good, experienced, recommendations.. my hair is really thin, damaged... so I need somebody professional
If ANYONE lives in southern california area and knows someone within probably 60 miles from long beach area... I would be so happy!! Thanks for reading
