premade quads, how to change the colours?

i wanted to put a different colour instead of velour in my IE quad, but i carefully started to take out the pan and i think it is glued in! (instead of magnets)

how do you all change colours in your premade quads?

First you have to remove the faceplate and then slide a knife under the pan to remove it. They are glued in but once you get the faceplate removed it is fairly simple
