I'm have a client who has blue-eyes and who's prom dress is a cream or champagne colour with smoky/dark gray embellishments.

She wants me to bring out her eyes, but I'm stumped as to which e/s I should use.

We already did a demo, but she wanted purple. :\

Colors like taupe, gray, violet, purple, deep blue (a darker shade than your eye color makes your eyes really blue), black (mix it with bright blue for a smokey effect)

For a real purple look try this: Corn Shadestick on lid & blended up above crease, Honey Lust on center of lid (next to lashline), Trax on inner & outer lid & across crease (fading into gold shimmer as it goes up), darken outer corner w/ more Trax, Llama wiped across browbone w/ finger, Blacktrack to line upper lashes, Sketch to line lower lashes.

if she wants you to bring out her eyes, she might just mean she wants them to stand out the most. If she is dead-set on purple, then it sounds like she might not wanna do the brown/gold colors that would really work with her. I would just use a very natural color on her lid and do purples in the crease/ blended up to the highlight. I would do something like beautiful iris, shale, and shadowy lady(or sketch). in the crease to get that purple she wants. depends on what color skin she has too.
