Prom MakeUp?? HELP!

Heyy, ladies & gents!
I'll be attending my senior prom in 2 weeks and of course I plan on doing my makeup. However, everytime I try to come up with a look, it never works out. I came across a picture of LaLa on the internet and I loved her makeup! It's exactly what I want: glowly & simple. Can someone help me with eyeshadow colors, application techniques, and what type of foundation I should use to get that glowy look?

Here's the picture: http://i514.photobucket.com/albums/...Anthony-In-Pamella-Roland-2011-Angel-Ball.jpg

Hi! Okay, I totally get your prom stress; been there. I was completely unsure of what I should do for prom too.

I know you said you really like the glowy skin look of the picture that you linked, but I think you are referring more to the highlighting. The inner portions of her face are highlighted which makes her look really sunkissed, so I would try a lighter concealer to replicate that look :) For foundation, I ALWAYS recommend MUFE HD Foundation because it’s just my personal favorite. Her blush is slightly coral-y so I would look for a cream blush that can hold its own. NYX has a really great one but I can’t remember the name right now, Sorry :(

As for the eyes, my immediate thought is a color like Kitten from stila. It’s a nice amount of shimmer with lightness to really make your eyes pop! She’s wearing lots of black liner on her top lash line (I’m guessing a gel. My favorite is blacktrack by mac), and she’s DEFINITELY wearing some falsies (Her lashes are more spider like than full. Look for a pair that has space in between each lash). I would say she lined her bottom water line with a chocolate brown liner to give her eyes definition but still keep that natural look.

I hope that helps you a little! Sorry, I’m not very specific with my words; It’s easier to just show you what I mean instead of type it! lol

the picture is lovely!! Maybe MUFE HD with some dewy non-matte powder to set or armani luminous silk foundations maybe similar. I would say maybe even NARS sheer glow. As for shadows, I think it is just a bone-beige colour that is matte, something like Grain or Era perhaps, full on liner and fierce lashes! You can apply it on top of a primer using a flat brush. Pixiwoo do great neutral eyeshadow looks like this on youtube.
