In my experience, Pupa is all cute packaging, but the quality is not there. They have nice looking combination sets but I have never gotten any really good use of any of the products I have had, they were never what I would reach for. The cream products are greasy, the lip stuff tastes weird, the mascara is crap, etc. etc. I say skip it!

I have 3 things from Pupa. I have a bear, a heart, and the yoyo. I think that the colors are pretty, but hard to pick up at times. Use sponge applicators for the eyeshadows. The blushes and lip colors are fine to use ith any brush.

hi! i got the eyeshadow in shade 04 wh is pink with gold flecky bits thru it. It was a spur of the moment -its'-on-sale-and-OMG-it-looks-so-pretty kinda purchase. I'm also a sucker for pretty floor stands and Pupa just happened to be next to the Bourjois stand. Doh! :sangel:
Anyway, i actually like the colour, tho i have been wearing it over pink eyeshadow to give a somewhat blah colour a bit of bling. i also wear it over metallic beige and rose-gold colour to give it a bit more bling. apparently, u can mix it with sealer to make the colour more intense, and i havent done that yet. Where i live tho, its pretty much the same price as a Napoleon or MAC shadow. Wait for it to go on special or something. HTH

Their mineral eyeshadows (Luminys) are great! If used wet, the colours are much more intense. If you like MAC's recent mineral collection (Flashtronics?), you'll like these too. I have a couple of Pupa lipsticks that I like a lot as well.

I was just at the drugstore (Shoppers Drug Mart)and got sucked into the baked mineral eyeshadows and blushes (the Luminys line). I haven't had a chance to wear them for length yet, but the color intensity was quite satisfying when I tested them in-store. Some really gorgeous colors, several of them very pigmented and a great creamy texture.

I'm a little surprised about the negative comments regarding quality, because based on these products that would not be my immediate judgement. However, I don't know if they are representative of the quality overall. There were a few gimmicky products, like the lipliner/lipstick in one, which sounds kind of interesting in theory but...really, why? (And the lipliner in the combo was much darker for some reason. Fugly.)

Hi, I'm Italian and here Pupa is one of the most famous brand expecially for teenagers.

I tryed a lot of products but the quality is not comparable to Mac or Milani (that's a drugstore line). I think is much similar to Maybelline or Rimmel.

I can recommend you only few products: lipgloss, bronzers, the mineral line (luminys) and overall the Multiplay eyepencils.

If you like Italian brands, you should try Collistar, Kiko or Nouba, they have great products
