Questions about MAC in Berlin

I am going to Berlin this weekend and I have some questions, I hope you can help with.

Does the freestanding MAC store in Berlin carry PRO products? And how is the staff there, are they nice?

Also does anyone have any current experience with B2M of depots there? Do they accept them?

Or does any of the counters accept depots currently? Can you B2M at counters or is it only at freestanding stores?

Yes, Berlin has one of two pro stores in Germany.

I would call them and ask about depotted e/s for B2M!

If your German is not "good" enough, let me know, then I will call them for you!
