Pretty! As for the brows, I think the lighter shade looks good. I suppose it depends what kind of 'look' you want. I have dark hair myself (dyed) and sometimes I pencil mine in with a shade similar to yours...or if I'm feeling more dramatic, I pencil them in almost black.
