Recommendations Needed

I have a couple of questions here.

1. What to do about my upper eyes? They tend to touch my eyeliner so I usually keep it very thin or I get lines on my lid. Is there any way to deal with this? Ways to make my eyes look more open? I use fluidlines since they tend to not leave lines.

2. I am wearing, very very lightly you probably cannot see it, full flame e/s, slip pink e/s & waveline fluidline. These were recommended to me by a MA. I am not positive they go with my coloring. I have auburn hair, green eyes, and generally pale skin. I normally have pink undertones but I managed to start to tan (plus more freckles) as I got older which makes my skin more golden. But I do love using a reddish color

3. What else am I doing wrong? What could I try? I am normally understated but like bright colors which leaves me putting them on lighter then most people would and then it wears off quickly.

Thanks so much for any suggestions!!!

To get your eyeshadow to stay on for longer try using Urban Decay Primer potion. It makes colours appear more vibrant, stops creasing and definitely increases the longevity of eyeshadows.

Eyes wise I am no expert but you could try using one shade all over the lid and high into the crease, with a light highlight. This may I think would take the emphasis off the area where the upper eye skin touches the lid.
Fluidlines are a great choice for you as they don't leave a line above your eye. Maybe try using a nude colour (like Naked Lunch) with just a thin line of dramatic liner and lots of mascara. Remember to ass a light highlight at the inner corner of your eyes to make them look brighter and bigger.

Also maybe try changing the focus on your face away from your eyes and wear a funky lip colour. A soft red maybe. Poppy Hop would be great with your colouring if you can get hold of one. It was an LE with the Culturebloom collection.

Hope that helps a little. There are a lot of very knowledgable people here so I am sure you will find lots of suggestions flying your way
