Looks like a glossy Melrose Mood/ St. Germain to me.

The first picture kind of look like pink nouveau, you could give that lipstick a try since melrose mood and saint germain are LE

Saint Germain is permanent in Europe, so you might be able to get someone to CP it for you..

i just bought rimmel's lasting finish lipstick in 'pink champagne'.. and i would say it comes pretty close =) u might wanna check out the reviews at makeupalley.. i would give it a try, its only like 4 bucks..

It def looks like those with a gloss. But a MUCH cheaper alternative:

Dolly lipliner from NYX with a clear gloss on top. Def looks like that. BTW Kim lost alot of weight and now, not so hotin photos. I've seen her around sometimes and she looks prettier in person.
