I have a mini tutorial for this on my YouTube channel. It was really difficult to film this!

All shadows by Glamour Doll Eyes
Just Bitten on the lid, with Love Affair as a center highlight
Traced around that and did the botton shape with Girlfriend Sweater
Lined around Girlfriend Sweater with Glam Girl, and around Glam Girl with Love Affair.
The highlight is just my face powder.
I lined with Rimmel's white kohl pencil and used CoverGirl Lashblast.
