eyes:
mac bare canvas base all over lid
mac sketch e/s on crease
mac electra e/s inner corners
mac cork e/s blend out crease
mac shroom e/s highlight

lips:
i put concealer on first (mufe)
rimmel lip liner in eastend snob
mac myth l/s
mac c-thru l/g
