So I'm a MAC newbie...

Say I had $100 dollars to spend at MAC. What would you suggest I get?
Here are some things I need:
-a good concealer as I have really dark circles
-a finishing powder
-a good summertime primer. I have really oily skin in the summertime and makeup usually melts right off of me. I've been looking at MAC matte, can anybody tell me how well this works?
-e/s colors such as dark blue, purple, green etc or some neutrals. I have a lot of bright eyeshadows but I'm lacking in the neutrals department
-lipsticks that are not nude
-anything for brows

Here are some things I don't need:
-foundation
-bright e/s
-nude l/s
-gel/creme/liquid e/l
-l/g

My favorite finishing powder from MAC is the Prep + Prime Transparent powder; it is so soft and smooth! MAC matte is a great primer, I love the Prep and Prime SPF one as well. A great dark blue is Deep Truth, dark purple Nocturnelle, and green Humid. Some great neutrals are Shroom, Woodwinked, Goldmine, Wedge, and Mulch. For brows I love the brow pencils, they work well for me!

I would recommend all that glitter e/s, naked lunch or dazzlelight e/s for neutrals. Maybe woodwinked e/s as well

I love MAC neutrals! My faves are Vanilla, Soft Brown, Satin Taupe, Shroom, Dazzlelight, and Handwritten.

dazzlelight is a shadow that everybody should own! perfect for the lid or even as a highlight!

What's your skintone?

I would say ... Painterly P/P is a for sure. Everyone has already named some great neutrals.

Depending on what kind of lipstick colors you like... Angel, Viva Glam V, Fabby

For brows, I would probably find a matte eyeshadow that is a little lighter then your hair color and the 266 brush. It will last you forever.

I'm really pale, and I like to say I'm cool toned. I have mouse brown hair, with blue-green eyes(depends on what I'm wearing and my mood)
