I was just thinking it would be really helpful if most of us put what skin tone/eye color/hair color (of the moment haha) we all were... it might really be great for a reference when people refer to shade choices they like or don't like.... maybe in the siggy line?

I am bumping up my old thread to re-state this suggestion.
I think I have been on this forum forever and deserve to add in my 2 cents again LOL... like a dinosaur around here!

For all of the advice, opinions on shade recommendations or "you've got to get that, it is the perfect *insert makeup item/shade*" and whatnot everyone gives to everyone else with pretty much no mention or regard to what the requester's eye, hair or coloring (NC or NW?) is as opposed to their own... and we all know what it's like to be enabled and excited about a new shade with the 50 gazillon LE collections MAC puts out only to find out the shade looks like crapola on ourselves

You know what I mean? Maybe this could be a sticky in the welcome forum or something that it would be very helpful to include that basic, non-invasive information??! I don't know, seeing as there are so many members who don't include this information (it would be supremely helpful in the signature line)

For example, I just have, well, what's in my sig line... works wonders
