Trying for Angelina Jolie eyes

I'm going to my 20th high school reunion next Friday and I need to look as fabulous as possible. I'd love to do my eyes so they look more cat-like, similar to Angelina Jolie's. I figure black liner & false lashes but I'm a little confused about the technique. Should I line all the way around, including the waterline? Use full strip, half strip or individual falsies?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Do you have a specific photo of Angelina Jolie that you'd like to emulate? She has many different looks

I think she often uses liquid liner and does do a line around the entire eye.
