It's been a minute but I'm back, had bad couple of weeks that threw me off...

Someone can probably use this look for Halloween. I hope you like

I call these Twiggy Eyes, they are sooooo Mod

Eyes:
Rimmel White Eyeliner (I filled in my whole lid with it and lined my eyes with it. You can use white eyeshadow for your lid, I just didn't have any at the time...lol)
