What MU for this dress (Anna Sui for Target)?

I'm taking my husband out for dinner for his bday to this fun exotic barbecue type place... I got this dress:

I was thinking of maybe a Meghan Fox -type look with cat eyes, falsies and just a subtle, glowy face/lips etc... but maybe I should go with my go to "dressy look" which is a strong red lip...or a smokey eye/nude lip...

What do you guys think? Here's me:

Do you wear any color on your eyes? I think you would look spectacular if you had a purple smoky eye and a pale pink/nude lip.
