So, I did this look with the Coastal Scents 88 Shimmer palette, and I loveee it.

Used:

Eyes:
CS 88 Shimmer Palette, 5th in, 4th down
CS 88 Shimmer Palette, 5th in, 6th down
CS 88 Shimmer Palette, 6th in, 2nd from (outer v, crease)
Carbon over outer v and crease lightly to darken
CS 88 Shimmer Palette, 1st in 1st down for highlight
Blackstrack fluidline with carbon to smoke out
Feline on water line, lower lash line
Fresh Supernova mascara

Face:
Strobe liquid
SFF NW15
Makeup Forever Concealer Palette # 1
Blushcream in Posey
Studio Fix Powder NW15
Charged Water to buff finish

Lips:
Baby Sparks Dazzleglass
