Summer Haze and Superb are somewhat similiar, but I found the former one more glittery whereas the latter is more metallic. But they are in the same family, it's just a different finish. I probably prefer the ED e/s over the MES.

Did you notice any difference in how long they wear on you?

Based on the pics, I thought these would be similiar. I'm having issues with MES and my eyes, so I prefer metallic over glitter.

I have been testing these shadows out the past couple of days and I find the staying power is awful. I have used them wet and over primer and they fade after hours. I never have this problem with other shadows and I don't have oily lids. The colors are really gorgeous, but I'm having a hard time justifying not returning them. I might try them over pixie epoxy, but for $20 a shadow I shouldn't have to. I had such high expectations for these and I'm disappointed. How are these shadows holding up for everyone else?

I had that problem with Rich Core but I used it first without primer over another powder shadow. It faded to a muddy brown in like an hour. I haven't tried it again, but I've used Blue Orbit and Modern Pewter over paint pots without primer and they both held up really well. I did pack them on though.

Ok I'm officially done, I'm not getting anymore (so I keep telling myself). From this collection, I now have 3 WoG, 4 Superb, 1 Glorify and all 10 shadows. I already have the brushes from Semi- Precious, so I didn't need to buy them again. I also got 4 of the blushes from Tres Cheek. I was only going to stick with the 3 but my MUA showed me that I could rock MM, so I got it. Just for reference, skin tone wise I'm pale ( MUFE 110). BTW- Mac Guy you're the best!!! :)

I finally got my order today after the long weekend here in the UK - I'm so excited! I got Grand Galaxy, Rich Core, Modern Pewter and Superb, along with Pink Tea, Immortal Flower and Modern Mandarin from Tres Cheek. How shall I wear them first??

Hahahahaha I was reading that and thought that your card had been compromised until I got to the end of the sentence and saw that you had been shopping again hahahahahaha. Naughty naughty! I wore Grand Galaxy today, it is nice though didn't have the same sheen as my swatch compared to it when I applied it. I think I need to use a more dense brush next time. I've got the brushes that came out with this collection too so I'm going to see how they work with the products too.

Rich core is amazing with idyllic paint pot. I cannot remember who said to try it in this forum but thanks cause I like it!

I really don't think Warm Thunder eyeshadow is getting enough love here! I wore mine today, and it is a gorgeous cool toned grayed silver. What makes it unique is that it has micro pink, blue, and purple reflect shimmers in it when you look closely when swatched. If you are loving the ED formula and picked up a few of the shadows, be sure to grab Warm Thunder while you're at it. It is surely not one to miss out on!

If I do another order, I want RC and a Glorify. Can anyone compare Glorify to either By Candlelight or Redhead MSF?
Glorify is bronze, while redhead and by candlelight are champagn colors.

Ok, I caved and got Havana, Lunar, Sweet Heat, and Rich Core from Nordstrom. This is officially my largest total MAC haul EVER (and I've had some doozies LOL).

TY. So is Glorify darker with shimmer and no glitter? How metallic is the finish? (These are things I can't tell by computer monitor swatches)

You can sheer it out completely or wear it full-throttle-metallic style.

There is more noticeable micro-glitter when you sheer it out.

I'm sorry some of you ladies are having trouble with the shadows. I find my 252 brush works the best for applying these shadows. It seems to pick up the color well. But I havent worn any of the darker colors I got (GG and Lunar) so I cant comment on those just yet. I love using the lighter colors for quick looks. I've been using MP and Dalliance from Peacocky with some liner and mascara and I'm good to go.

I just wish there had been a jewel toned green. But that could be just be cause I'm on a green kick lately.

VampOwl- If I didnt have the EL cybereyes silver I'd be all over Warm Thunder! But from swatches they look a lot alike.
