I'm sure y'all are sick of Moxie swatches, but I couldn't resist. LOL This is a phone photo, so not that great and the flash washed me out. But I'm KICKING myself for not getting a back up! I'm stalking the site for a restock. This lippie is too spectacular not to show off, so I went out to buy UHaul boxes and groceries.

I'll be receiving Rocker soon. I don't wear vampy reds but ended up buying it anyway. It looks great on everybody who posted a picture so I think I can pull it off! I also wanted Moth Brown but the swatches of the new Moth Brown look so blaah compared to the older version. I need more swatches to decide whether I should buy it when BR is released in Holland.

It is a tad on the vampy side.... But there is more red with a tinge of burgundy that comes through than a brown-burgundy like Darkside .  I actually applied it with a lip brush today and put it on that way you can make it a more stain like color , which overall is a less dramatic look than applied from the tube. 

I will probably wear if often as a stain! : )

Call back to make sure they have one for you and explain your situation of not being to get to the PO. Surprised they are asking you to send it back.

Yeah I guess I'll have to call back. I was just a little disapointed, but I know mistakes happen. I just wish it hadn't been something so hard to get. Thanks for responding!

My FoF just came.....

It's one of those weird colors for me.....it swatches coral on my arm but shows up as a light pink on my lips:







Also thanks to you all who suggested using a lip liner with CYY, It looks better but I still have to get used to wearing a lip this bright

So it actually happened: I placed two orders last week, one for Candy Yum-Yum and Moxie, and another for a CP which consisted of 2 tubes of Moxie and one tube of Rocker. Received the boxes today and opened them up--no Moxies. Thankfully they're sending out replacements, but the service rep told me that it was a good thing that I received my CYY as it's now completely sold out.

I got my goodies! I've only tried Rocker so far but I love it. It's gorgeous and not too vampy, but just vampy enough. It's what I wanted Kittenish to be (I think that's the name). I applied it from the tube, but it could be even sheerer with a lip brush. I'll try out Moxie later to see how I like it!

NP! Usually the mistakes aren't so bad but because of the anticipation of this collection things have gone a bit wonky. Hopefully it will all work out.

Ok I'm officially scared for the Marilyn collection. This not getting items or getting the wrong ones is not a good sign.

They are messing up so many people's orders. I wonder if this is their biggest collection shipment wise & they got more orders than they can handle.

@Richelle - my friend she got a follow up call from one of the supervisors in CS the day after she called. The sup told her they would resend Moxie as a one time courtesy. She got an email yesterday with the tracking info for her reshipment.

For those of you using lip brushes, what brush do you use? I have and like MAC's 316 lip brush. But the brush tip is really small for the size of my lips. It takes forever to apply lipstick when I use it.

I guess they make people do this to prevent fraud? However, it's still a hassle and kinda wrong that they're making you ship it back since it was THEIR mistake for shipping you the wrong item.

Ok good thanks! I called back to verify and the woman I spoke to said that she would call back with the shipping info and such. She actually laughed when I told her the box was empty lol.

They should just let you keep it. I've heard of people getting to do that when there is a shipping mistake. It's bad customer service to have you send it back. They owe you for the time you don't have CYY b/c of their mistake. I wish UPS would just show up already so I can see if my order is right. Welp, he just showed up while I was typing this lol. I have three correct sweaty lipsticks. In the fridge they went until they cool off then they can go in my room with the rest of my lippies. We got a room a/c unit over the weekend to put in our bedroom. It's just way to freaking hot. I am officially done with the weather of summer. The bright lippies can stay tho.
