My so vain came like thatHas anyone else been receiving chipped or scraped TF lipsticks from the department stores lately? At least 3 of my TF lipsticks came chipped at the top. And look at my Misbehaved. :-( It's just so much hassle to return it and wait for an exchange coz of the international shipping for me.
with the scraped side. I'm worried it'll snap off or wear too thin. I'm losing product each time I twist up. I just don't know if nordies will exchange when I bought it exactly a month ago. I should have acted quicker but I thought I could manipulate the tube. But i can't even bring it outside jb my purse because of this. I really should try to see if they'll exchange it...

Nordstrom CS is so wonderful! They're sending me a replacement So Vain! It'll be here in 3-6 business days, but that's okay with me. I'm in no rush. I appreciate that they send me the replacement first and then I can ship back the defective one. I can't remember what retailer wanted me to ship back, get a refund, and then get the exchange-- such a hassle that way!

Yay for Nordstrom's! They really are all about CS...I don't mind giving them my business for that reason.

I agree---Nordstrom CS did that for me for a wee bit different situation. I had ordered CL RL, matte to wear to a wedding. It was available when I ordered it and days later they changed the status to delayed. I called CS, told them my plight. I decided at that point to order CL RL,satin which was available, so they express shipped it to me, waving the $34 shipping fee, saying it was their fault and they wanted me to have a special lippie for the wedding. I thought that was really very accommodating of them!!! BTW, I LOVE the CL RL, satin lippie. The matte lippie arrived this week. The wedding was 2 weeks ago.

I was so, so happy. I have not yet tried the RL matte but I'm sure I'll like it just as much. I was j just glad that it arrived in perfect condition---and not broken!!

My first Tom Ford purchase was two weeks ago. I bought the Moodlight duo illuminator. This is thing is amazing. I was so amazed with the illuminator that last weekend I went out and bought the Tom Ford perfecting foundation, mascara, concealer, and nail polish. I'm addicted!!!! Lol
