I thought this was a good question too, so I asked on BT and they seem to think that I am a moron with no reading comprehension skills.

A lot of the people on that forum are ridiculous. Sephora churns out loads of promo codes and exclusive items that are labelled VIB but VIB Rouges still get access to you. So why shouldn't we have access to their little code... *sigh*

So Sephora is changing things up this year...The sale is 11/6-11/9 only for Rouges, and then 11/13-11/16 for VIBS (no Rouge shopping during the VIB periond).  No in-store event for the US, but there will be a closed-door event for Canadians on 11/5.  All of this information is from the official "VIB ROUGE 20% OFF EXCLUSIVE HOLIDAY SHOPPING EVENT FAQS" on BeautyTalk.  Things are very different this year, and I'm somewhat surprised...

I'm working on every color. I ordered a pair yesterday and they'll arrive tomorrow---I blame Merlot for the new pair. I was the only one at home but I heard someone say,
