A MAC store to avoid

You know, the last time I had a complaint into MAC, I got a form letter. It had zero to do with what my complaint had said, and I never got a personal response.
That's kinda crap, if you ask me. Guess they just don't want to deal with us?

Seems to be the case. Which surprised me because their over the phone CS is pretty kick ass.
