Are you sure it wasn't released? In The Netherlands it was released but there was no fuzz. The shadows just popped up in the shadow drop down menu. They are still for sale here. But if the package was lost, can't you contact the compagny who send the package? Nothing worse then lost packages.

Yes, I talked with the head of the counter. The package was lost on it's way from the regional (European) warehouse.

We don't have mac online here, only some items (you never know what and when) are available on a department store's site. Like now, only the polishes from the Haute Dogs Collection have been there even before the collection was out on the counter, and nothing else.
