Nope you are neither blind or retarded (bonus!!!) I used Purple Dash eyeliner as my lip liner!

I don't know what it is, but my past two looks, my eyebrows look ginger!!! lol. They don't in real life (well I don't think they do) and I don't like to go darker, because in natural daylight they'd be too dark hmphmmmm......... you just can't win!
