If I could, I would definitely get French Elle and/or French Vogue - they focus on a lot more general interest things, and have really good book reviews.

I like Allure when it does its 'best of' poll thing too.

Heat is my bible, its a UK celebrity weekly, and so cool, its got everything in it, gossip, interviews, fashion, makeup, film, book and music reviews plus a weekly tv guide! My Tuesdays aren't complete until I've read it =p

That has become my must read can't live without magazine.
