Yeah I think I'm more excited about the Byzance collection tbh!

Nordstroms shipping charges are crazy expensive! I think it'll be cheaper trying to buy from ebay!

[/quote] Ahhh sorry, I wasn't sure how much they charge for shipping!

^^ I'm hoping it'll be online. In the past anniversary exclusive Chanel items (like Muscat glossimer once was) have been.

panther, it is seriously pretty - I keep it in my purse. I'm actually going to get a 2nd backup of it (I have the blush and quad already).....this time around I'm getting the glossimers as well.

Rose Tourbillon looks incredibly pretty, but I'll wait until after I get my Byzance stuff to see whether to pull the trigger. JC Rouge will be my first Chanel blush so I need to determine how long Chanel blushes stay on my oily skin in this California heat before I start investing in more.

^^ Honey, I'll try to do a comparison later today, but on me, Joyeuse is much cooler-toned than Romance, and is a clearer pink - and deeper...

But I'll try to do some swatches for you -

So now that I know JCs stay on me for quite some time, I wonder if RT may be too cool-toned for my warm skin. I've been wanting a pink blush forever but I'm unsure if RT is a) a decent shade match for my skin and b) pigmented enough to show up. Guess I'll find out at my Anniversary sale appointment on Thursday.

Karla says RT can satisfy those who miss Turbulent. Are they close? I so want Turbulent.

Not in my opinion, RT is closer to Pink explosion. Turbulent is a way bluer pink. See Sabrina's pics here:

http://www.thebeautylookbook.com/2010/06/chanel-pink-explosion-64-joues.html

and here's a perfect comparison of the 3:

I swapped for a Turbulent tester once and was surprised to find that I really didn't love it. It just looked too unnatural on me, and I can appreciate cool-toned bright blushes, this one just didn't look so great on. I even swapped it to someone else...then again mine was the Euro and I've read tales about the US version of that one being nicer, so I suppose I would still buy it if they repromoted it!

I am planning on doing a preorder for this collection. Since I have already purchased some products from the Byzance & Fall collection, I want to try to pick wisely from this collection. So far I am planning on picking up the quad, joyeuse, and the JC. I thought about the highlighting powder, but then I have so many highlighters already. I also was considering a gloss, but how many clear pink glosses do I really need?

Are there any other products from this collection that are must haves and not easily dupable?

^ I personally don't find the quad that unique, color or texture-wise. If you're "picking wisely" (as I am), I think that's a skip. Joyuese and RT are another story though.

Well, Joyeuse is too pale for me, but it sounds like it's lovely on the paler ladies. :3

Thank you for your input! I have been debating about the quad.
