Today is going to be long!! I have a MAC counter by my job but I have to go to another mall to go to the store to use my discount!! I can't wait to see these shadows in person. I have my Natural Flare Quad with me to see if Peek-At-You , Paparazz-she and Centre Stage are dupes for 3 of those colors. I am really interested to see about Paparazz-she because I have Off the Radar, Off the Page, Nars Taj Mahal and the orange from Natural Flare so I want it but dont know if I need it. We shall see!!!!! And boo for no b2m at my store :(

Quote: I wonder how close Vanity Fair is to Tickle Me Pink CCB and Exxxhibitionist to Virgin Isle CCB. Based on swatches both kissables look deeper and brighter than the CCBs but on the other hand I would be getting a (cheaper) multi-purpose product with CCBs and some shades look so similar on lips it's hard to tell the difference.

Which formula do you prefer on your lips: kissables or CCBs?

Vanity Fair is not like TMP. TMP is lighter.

Elegant, I was afraid that would be the case with Tweet Me. As much as I want otherwise. Dangit.
What did you think of Sexpectations or Dalliance? What about Prance?

I planned to be at Nordstroms today, but ah, my body is trying to get sick.

Can't make the drive today.
I have 7 of the shadows in my cart (well, 6 now, since Tweet Me is a no go for me now), and Flaunting it.

Spectacle of yourself
Dandizette
Sexpectations
Dalliance
Centre Stage
Prance
(and I'm agonizing over Top of the Posh)

and possibly Flaunting it or Woo Me.

I should wait til tomorrow or when I feel better to see in person, but something is compelling me to just order now. I'm making myself nutty, or nuttier.

My MA was wearing Sexpectations & it looked lovely on her She is a WOC.

Dalliance & Prance are both very lovely I just felt maybe maybe they were a bit too shimmery for my likes. I dunno yet.
Prance is a very pretty almost pale mauvey taupe. I may get it later.

Tweet Me was the sheerest wash of beautiful pale peachy gold on me, but I love Let Me Pop on me better. Maybe LMP would look good over TM :)

I hope you feel better dear!

So, I just came back from the store ENPTY HANDED. I swatched a few shades but I couldn't bring myself to make a purchase....didn't even get Peacocky like I planned. Idk...maybe after I sleep on what I saw and felt I'll be able to make a purchase. If not, more $ for other things :) *deep sigh*

Just got back from the counter- I got Paparazz-she, Dalliance, Spectacle of Yourself, Top of the Posh, Flaunting It and Peacocky. I hadn't planned on getting Top of the Posh, but it looked so nice next to Spectacle of Yourself. I'm going to wear them together today I think.

Dalliance is like the sleeper star to me. I didn't care for it at first, but upon seeing it in person... O... M...G...! Love! I intended to get Sex-pectations, but I was actually not feeling it. I wanted it to be a more true, brighter red.

I can't wait to wear Flaunting It, I think it's such a unique lip color! Really cool looking mauve-y goodness. And Peacocky... I doubt I'll get much wear out of it, but I couldn't resist!

I got Flauting It, Strut Your Stuff, and Super.
The eyeshadows feel good too, but the colors still didnt wow me.

Marajode, I just wasn't very impressed by the colors. I mean, I had my eye on Paparazshee (sp?) and I think that might be the only one I pick up if I go back tomorrow. I kept trying to tell myself that it's about the texture/formula which is crazy smooth and blendable but I just could not make the decision to buy. As for the lippies, didn't really test them out so I may play tomorrow. The MUA I chat with there swatched Peacocky and I just couldn't make myself say "give me one of those". Indecisive about this collection I am....

I couldn't get myself in gear this morning so didn't make it to my counter. Maybe tomorrow. What did you think of Woo Me and Flaunting It in person?

No jury duty today. Hooray!!! That means I can hit up the Mac counter on lunch! I need to think on Peacocky because as cool as it seems, I doubt I would wear it enough to justify the price. We'll see.

Here's my coloring, which I will add to my signature later:
MUFE HD 120
BE Medium Beige with a touch of Golden Medium added in for a hint more yellow
MAC: Not quite an NC30 as it's a little too dark for me as it doesn't have enough yellow in it.
Mehron HD: ME1 or ME2
RCMA: KO1 or KO2

Below is my impressions of what I did check out.

Tweet Me: If you like Melon Pigment & the Let Me Go PP from the Cham Pale Collection, you will definitely like this. It's almost the exact color of Let Me Go. Very shimmery.

Ego: On my hand it looks very similar to Antique Green, but with less blue, however, on my eye, the blue undertone completely disappeared & it presented just as foresty green when blended. The MA said that she thinks the green looks like the green in Club, however, it doesn't have that overcast sheen that the green in Club has. Personally, I thought this was flat (lacks shimmer) when applied, but, maybe if you pat it on rather than blend it in like I did.

Odalisque: very similar to Birds 'n Berries with a slight amount of UD Haight thrown in. Not overly shimmery, but a nice sheen.

Noir Plum: Looks like Violet Pigment to me.

Center Stage: Extremely cool-toned dark brown (like Charcoal Brown) with an antique finish.

Dalliance: I can definitely see where some complexions may call this a pewter gold. What I see is a gold with a silver base. Think Fingerpaints' Key to my Art or Orly's Luxe nailpolishes. Very shimmery, not glittery. From swatches, I've seen, I think Ben Nye Iced Gold, but without the glitter, just shimmer. There is a trace of micro-nano-sized glitter in this, however, all you see is wonderful shimmer.

Prance: more pink than Phloof by about 1 shade. This is a shade lighter in color than the the Cham Pale Collection Vintage Selection paint pot. If you like the paint pot or Phloof, you will like this. Very shimmery, not glittery.

Peek At You: This looks like a flat, nothing, matte beige when it doesn't catch the light, but when it does, it's the same color as Dalliance but with only a subtle shimmer sheen. Very nice to have for those times when you don't want the high shimmer of Dalliance.

Dandizette: On me this isn't similar to Deep Truth. It is a shade lighter. A medium grey-blue..

Spectacle of Yourself: Imagine a red-bronze over a Hershey's Milk Chocolate. :)

Paparazz-she:A copper-bronzed orange.

So, what did I walk away with??? 2 Dalliances & 2 Peek At Yous. Very happy!

I couldn't get myself in gear this morning so didn't make it to my counter. Maybe tomorrow. What did you think of Woo Me and Flaunting It in person?
Both looked very pretty swatched - but I didn't try them on my lips because I had the red on. My order with those should come today I think so I'll let you know. Its different too, they come with the doe foot, but in the store you can only use the brush which puts waay too much on. You get a beautiful application with the doe foot - more sheer. Woo Me looked like a pretty - just right rosy pinky neutral nude.

Are these new eyeshadows amazing enough that it would be worth it to get Dandizette if I already have Deep Truth?
