MAC - Cinematics / Colorization Discussion

ack!@# im so anxious to see what this will be! i've been holding back so well lately (Flighty?!? ahem...)
its either this or the Semi Precious MSFs... (the strange pattern is bringing it down!)

July 5th? I thought this always came out in mid July. I want to see things in person and we don't have a Nordies yet (it opens next spring) and I won't be in Vegas till the 26th. I'll probably end up doing a prepaid order over the phone if there are items that are going to big sellers. I did this with Graphic Gardens. Then I can test them in the store from their samples and if I decide I don't want something I can "return" it and they won't have to damage it out.

Kate, I agree how could they not do a bright red l/s with a name like Cinematics.

I don't know for sure. It's possible that she could be mistaken (especially with so many collections).

I wish they would just do one a month with well thought out products(maybe not HUGE collections) and just give us a break on wanting all LE things to be ours. It is very weird though, as you said, that we know so much about semi-precious and NADA about this one!!!! considering it comes before the semiprecious one...

This is what I've always wanted! They don't even have to limit themselves to a seasonal thing- just one collection a month with stellar products! It makes so much more sense to me. *sighs*

With the name of this colection it would really be a shame it they screw it up and we get colors and quality that totally suck. You guys have had so many great ideas you'd think the MAC creative team would as well.

sigh if its coming out in july then i wnt be able to get it.. my cousin wil be away until august.. and im sure the collection wil nt be released here in singapore.. me very sad.. i wonder if there is a way for me to get the items some other way.. sigh..

i feel like other than semi precious there is nothing to look forward to with mac... chanel and nars have released info on their fall and even holiday collections... gives me something to get excited about. but nothing for mac

Myself. I dont have a MAC counter where I live... And buy on a biweekly basis

That is true about other brands. you would think that MAC would want to get the word out so their customers will know what to look forward to instead of buying others. Also other than just wanting to know what is ahead I like to plan on about what I will spend in case I want to get more or less from an earlier collection depending on what I want.

I think it is very important to those who have to rely on this info because they do not have a store or counter near them and must order online.
