^^ I also hope the colours run lighter than VLA, but I hope the foundation is not too heavy.

Lou, I haven't tried it. I always forget to swatch it when I go to a counter. I'm not pressed for it, though because I love my YSL Touche Eclat. I notice the difference when I don't use it(especially in pictures ).
An MA tried it on me and it was crease central. Might be the flourishing application technique of his or my weird skin. :dunno: Can you give it a try, let them put it one and wear it for a while to see?

I like it but it is more of a highlighter like YSL Touche eclat. I've only used it over concealer once or twice so am not sure how it holds up by itself...my guess would be that none of these highlighters truly last throughout the day? But someone who uses it more would know better. For a concealer I love Chanel's Correcteur Perfection. I also really like the concealer by Ellis Faas. Haven't quite decided which I like better but I really like both.
I don't trust MA's with very specific tasks like applying concealer. Especially under the eyes. I've had MA's apply concealers to my face and it would look mediocre at best. When I went ahead and bought said product, I did the proper prep, used a different technique and it was much better.

I agree with Shontay. Once I was in Nordies with my husband and we both went off to do our own thing and met up again a bit later. I went to the Bobbi Brown counter where they applied her corrector & concealer on me. As soon as my husband saw me, without knowing I had gone to a MU counter, he said "Where did you get all those wrinkles under your eyes? You never had them before!"
Yes! That was my latest experience with someone trying to apply concealer on me. I went to BB to check out the corrector and the concealer. The MA dabbed some eye cream on me before doing it, but it still ended up a hot mess. I looked like i was melting within the hour. I bought it later on and I was able to apply it much better. In the end, I returned it, though because even though Touche Eclat isn't a concealer, it brightens and that's really all my eye bags can take.
OT, but which colours are you using for the Ellis Faas and Chanel concealers? The second time I went to anther counter 5min later and the MA there asked me if I wanted some makeup remover to get rid of it  I do not get it, because so many people love this concealer, but why should I buy something that does not work on me in the first place, I cannot return it.

Lou - I have the eclat lumiere concealer but I feel it is more of a highlighter too. I have very dark circles so it doesn't provide sufficient coverage. Since yours is light, perhaps you want to try it.
Ups, at least you know. Try Guru, maybe they can help, or Temptalias Foundation Matrix might give you an idea as well.

I'm sorry I have no clue what happened to my above post, the forum froze and I can’t edit it, could someone please delete it for me?

Does anyone know if any other Chanel foundation matches the Lift Lumiere in 05 faience in colour? Including the Asian exclusives like the Le Blanc B10 or the Vitalumiere Aqua in BO20 or even the White Essentiel.

Hi girls! How are you?

I wanna try Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua, a friend is going to USA and she'll buy it for me. But i'm not sure about my shade!!

For references:
I'm N1 in MAC Face and Body
NW20 in MAC Studio Tech
Mac concealers I'm also NW20 (even though they are NW they look a little bit yellow in me, nc looks veeeery yellow)
DiorSkin Nude I'm 020.

Which one you think it would suit my skintone better BR20 OR BR10??

thank you
