The products are on the web site but not able to go into my cart. I love the packaging. Not sure that these marine minerals have any actual skin care benefits, but in general I think MAC does a great job with moisturizers and the Fix solution so I could hooked into purchasing for the packaging

... as always. I guess there is really no market for skin-brightening powders in the US. If you really want it, I'm sure you can find it on eBay.

Hi Mac-Guy .. just curious.. why do you think there is no market for skin-brightening in the US?

As we (US) are certainly more obsessed with (fake) tanning and bronzing rather than trying to lighten up our complexion. If a product would just sit on the shelves, there is no point in releasing it. Different market, different taste. I'm not saying that nobody would buy it in the US, but it probably would not fly off the shelves as it does in Asia.

well said! in asia having very light skin is a sign of wealth and class. so it make more sense to release those types of thing in an asian market

Ohhh.. weird! OK I get it now. I used to tan (real tan :) ) when I was younger but now I avoid sun at all costs! I prefer to be pasty white.. to me it shows that I'm (trying) to treat my skin better.

I already have skin damage from those high school and college summers by the pool... I don't need any more damage!

and ps. totally wasn't attacking your views- I was actually really curious.

Didn't take it as an offense at all.
