If I can wear it, you can certainly pull it off too. All three SF's can be sheered out to a very translucent layer of metallic glow. The closest product I would compare it to are the MSF's from SP. The SF's have just more oompf as they are more metallic (e.g. similar in the way in which Crystal Pink resulted in a metal pink shine).

I feel a lot of this year's collections are an amplified version of trends we have seen last year (or at least earlier this year): wet finish turned into metallic finish, subtle orange turned into bright orange, etc... It's wonderful how we could grow into these trends in baby steps.

Wow! Superb and Modern Pewter are coming home with me, for sure...Undecided on Warm Thunder, it looks like it pulls way blue.

Because of how it was applied! It just looks like something that wouldn't look right on me for some reason. But Purplerinne's post might persuade me to try it lol.

Ok I think I actually want Superb instead of Whisper of Gilt! It looks super pretty! And definitely need Blue Orbit! It actually looks like it might be unique in my collection!

I'd rather get yanked straight into the most extreme end point of the trend, especially if it's a texture that can be played up or toned down. It'd save me a few pennies here and there, at least.

I still adore my Semi-Precious MSFs and was starting to pull them out again, now that the spring sunshine is upon us here in L.A., but these babies are looking like they will wipe the floor with the SP MSFs, in terms of their texture and blend-ability. Maybe...just maybe, I'll be able to skip Glorify, since it looks a tiny touch too orange for my NC cast, but yeah, I bet I get 'em all.....Makes me wish I had multiple heads like the Hydra, just to be able to go through all this makeup.

As for the shadows, My original list of Havana, Dark Dare, Rich Core, Blue Orbit and Grand Galaxy still stands, although Modern Pewter is beautiful - it'll be too khaki for my skin tone around my eyes at least - pennies saved, pennies saved.

That one is def coming home with me. As for the rest I still need to see more swatches to decide. My paypal credit is getting up there, I need to watch myself and choose wisely. My future employeers looked at my credit and said "It's rent and makeup" LOL

Still on the fence about the SF's. Frosty face scares me as I get older

are the EDSFs as big(or as much) as the MSFs?? I only got Whisper of gilt and Superb in my list,but Glorify looks soo good too!!! and i dont have anything like it!! there it goes to my list!!

Me too. When I sheered it out even more it looked pinky/purple. This shadow is going to be fantastic!!

All of the blues/purples in this collection have some sort of duo-chrome going on (see my previous posts). It is mor subtle that your typical duo-chrome, but it is certainly noticeable.

Oh yay!! I don't have Crystal Pink so I am happy for Superb! And the texture is better than MSF's so I am excited!

It's gorgeous - and I thought Crystal Pink MSF was the perfect cool robot pink sheen! This is Crystal Pink on steroids!! Can't wait!
