The stars of this collection (for me!) are Fire Sign and Star Wonder!! Fire Sign is a beautiful strawberry red/pink, and since its a lustre its completely wearable for day or night. Its not too bright or in your face. Star Wonder is a BEAUTIFUL blush for my NC20 self. I love that I can use one product for a gradient effect on my cheek. The light pink/gold as a highlight, a mix of everything for the cheek, and the dark plummy color to blend my contour. Its gorgeous.

I used Venus today and I LOVE it! Its the perfect everyday pink, you should totally get it!

Today I used Earthly and I can totally see myself using it everyday lol. Its such a gorgeous brown/taupe. I also used Venus with Astral on top and its a match made in heaven. I am loving everything I've got so far

Well, i couldn't believe it! The MAC store down here had a lot of customers yesterday, but there was no crowd near the HC display! And the only SA rummaging through the drawers for HC stuff was helping me! I was so thrilled to look at those beauties all over again, my enthusiasm rubbed off on the the SA a bit, and she began getting all excited about the items.
I confess i was in a hurry because i had to pick up some medicine for my mother and there was rush hour traffic stopping up all the freeways, so i didn't swirl hunt. So all y'all's pictures are making me drool all over again.
And, well, i caved a bit. Besides what's waiting for me back home in my pre-order (Stratus blush + 4 e/s) + the items i added to my bag later (Earthshine MSF & Solar Ray blush), i picked up:
Light Year MSF
Star Wonder MSF
Sky E/S
So my haul is tamer than some... "just" 3 MSF, 2 blushes, 5 e/s, and no lip products.
But yesterday i was even thinking of getting some lip stuff, because the store had SOOOO much product in the drawers! I'll be here for a week, but i'm trying to stay away! I tried on Pleasureseeker and Cut a Caper and thought they were nice but not amazing during my pre-sale swatching. But my willpower keeps weakening with every new swirly post and swatch picture! (and there are MAC counters in dept. stores closer to my mom's - oh, i am so weak!)
And, yes, this is the most i've spent on any collection, too - my hauls from Fabulous Felines and Quite Cute pale in comparison. Fortunately my HC purchases have been spread over two months, since i had to pre-pay my pre-order. So while my wallet is dizzily reeling, it isn't collapsing and passing out.
Edited to Add: Fortunately for my wallet the only earlier collection this year i really hauled was Casual Colour (4 blushes out of 8). And none of the new collections i know about coming out in August and September are exciting me.

What's the woc verdict on Venus? I thought it swatched very pretty on my hand but then got sidetracked by an Arbonne sales rep trying to solicit customers inside the actual MAC store. Random. She appeared to be legit, but the approach seemed questionable....Is that a normal thing for Arbonne sales? Anyway, I didn't try it on lips and I convinced myself I could dupe it with something else if I really feel sad later....and got water instead.

I think I'm caught up in how beautiful the products look in the pan. I want to add solar ray and supernova to my list but solar ray looks quite similar to NARS luster on my cheek, and supernova looks quite similar to tarte amused. Someone assure me I'm making the right choice by passing them up since they already look so similar to those two products, because I keep getting the urge to dash to the store to blow through another $46. Yikes.

maybe try thinking about the upcoming collections to curb your craving? i think solar ray is definitely dupable, and I think someone mentioned earlier in the thread how they duped supernova with two products they had.....

I'd have ordered from Debenhams but they were sold out of Venus. It had only been up for like 24hrs by the time I ordered. I do wish I'd been able to get points but I didn't want to split such a small order into 2. :/Quote:

Seriously? Uni from 6am to 7pm? Geez. So glad I'm not going into the medical field.
EDIT: Just checked my tracking and apparently my order is still sitting in Southampton. I swear if it doesn't move tonight I'll be pissed. Means I won't get it till Tuesday at the earliest.
