i hope you get your stuff Miss Dynamite....you deserve something beyond your order since they've been so rude as well.
i agree with the posters above. i usually get very uncomfortable when having to complain about things like this, but perhaps if speaking to a supervisor doesn't work, you could write a formal letter of complaint.
do you still have the waybill from the courier service? it should indicate the weight of the box....if not maybe if it's fedex or ups you could ask them for that info. lipsticks etc may be small, but they will still add weight to the box!! (proof that your box didn't have items in it...)
