i went into the store and got ddb fluidline. the mua tried it on me and im still not sure about it but i bought it anyways to see if i cant make it work to my standing. I usually wear stud pencil and when i told her she made a face like it was too dark for me but i dont think so and trying on this fluidline i feel like its almost the same color on me. i have swatched it side by side on my hand yet but on my eyebrows it seems to be the same.

i do love how creamy it is. it makes me want to get a fluidline for my eyeliner. i never had one before. lol. im scared its going to dry out super quick though. after my clinique finishes ill get black track.

You will love it. Surprisngly, I find it very easy to use unlike MUFE aqua brow.
I hope so katelyn0. I think I will. I'm going to try to pick up that 208 brush this weekend. I've been wanting it even before these brow fluidlines came out. It was between the 208 or MUFE's brow brush.

You're making the right choice with the 208.

Got a look at this collection today. I so wish that these were all permanent!!!! The Dirty Blonde Fluidline looks like it would work well for me, I'm just worried that it'll make my brows a little too intense. If I'm not careful, I can easily end up with the caterpillar brows of death scowling out at everyone. The lightest of the pencils looked very good too... Ideally, they'd be around for a while and I could try them both. I rarely do anything with my brows, so this is all kind of new to me...

Ugh...they are already sold out of Dirty Blonde at Valley Fair Nordstrom but I put one on hold at the Mac store. I just have to try this in person before I buy. I will go in tomorrow.

did you get either of the fluidline or pencil?

i passed by the bay today, so i got the sales assistant to try the deep dark brunette fluidline on my brows. it looked quite a bit more natural than the brow powder i had been using previously - and i think the 208 brush might also have been one of the key reasons. i'm going to try the illamasqua brush i have and see if it works tomorrow, otherwise i'll go back for the brush. the sales assistant suggested focusing the strokes on filling in sparse areas and toward the top of the brow. sounds like since the carved look focuses on the bottom edge, maybe that's why it looked more natural?

my fluidlines tend to last a long time, so i'm not that worried about this...at the end of the day, they'll probably figure out sooner or later they should make these perm, and it'll happen.

The girl working at my MAC store today she had a feeling they were going to make them perm. Don't know how reliable that is, but yeah. I told her how dumb I thought LE brow products are lol

Ok so I wrote earlier that I purchased dirty blonde after playing with it in the store ( i normally use espresso on my brows but I wanted something a little softer). Once I got it home I realized that the color payoff is so light on me that I can barely see it.

I guess I just like wasting money.

Do you still have your receipt? MAC will take it back with receipt within the 30 days even if it's used. Hope this helps!

I just really wanted it to work so bad. I do have the receipt so I am good. I just feel bad for returning stuff that is LE and sold out in stores, knowing someone else is looking high and low for that item.

I think Nordstrom sold out of DDB gel soon after they opened. I was the first customer to buy it and then 30 minutes later, I passed the counter on the way out and noticed they put the DDB tester away. I picked up Dirty Blonde and the 208 brush as well.

I really like this formula. I can see why it's so popular. I hope you like it and get yours at MAC.

I'm not liking the colour combos they've chosen. I'd make my own duos.
Me either, I did not understand coquette for brunette, as that color in my brow space looks like absolutely nothing lol. I'm A fan of embark for my brows personally or brown down
