We're not pathetic---we just have a "ZOO Full" of brushes!! Buick taught me that one---I call it a Buickism.
Do not feed the brushes.

Where's the facepalm smiley when you need it?

I am wondering if Caliente's formula is like Ruffian Gold l/s? It is beautiful but I hate the formula:( It is like gritty sand on my lips:/

Caliente is really that gritty? I'm so torn now! The color is beautiful, but gritty lip products and I don't mix well.

If Caliente is that gritty I may have to pass it up...bare my soul quad is moving up on my list. Would that peach blush look good on an nw50 cheek? Or the strobe liquid?

I believe that set is coming out in early May so it should be up soonish.
Thanks. I thought it was already out. Brush freaks can get overexcited sometimes

iHerb has the duo-fber set (but atm OOS) and Alice & Jo will have them soon! And I couldn't resist ordering RT brushes on iHerb. iHerb has a 20% discount atm on RT brushes, no tax and I'm a first-time customer so I have an extra $10 off. So with shipping I paid $50.94 for the core collection, travel essentials collection, starter kit collection, fine liner brush, expert face brush and lash-brow groomer. (And a free book lol.) THAT'S SO CHEAP. So I'm afraid I have to skip two things from upcoming MAC collections but to be honest I'd rather have 15 new brushes for that price (RT brushes are so expensive on Dutch websites) than 2 new MAC products. I do hope I don't have to pay custom fees but it's still gonna be way cheaper than on Dutch websites if I have to.

Snap! I placed an order with iHerb earlier today too

I got a stippling brush, a powder brush and 3 shading brushes (I'm kinda obsessed with these). I can't have too many eye brushes because I like to use a clean brush with each colour and I can't be arsed washing them every day.

I didn't order any more because of the customs fees stuff (I'm just under EUR22 excl. shipping). Chances are you'll be fine, but experience has made me slightly paranoid.

I'm going to grab the duo fibre set as soon as they have it in stock. I might throw in another shading brush if the 20% is still on

Eh, what book?

Hehe what a coincidence! I already have the core collection, powder brush, expert face brush, blush brush, setting brush and shading brush. I'm gonna leave the core collection and the expert face brush in the packaging 'till my current ones fall apart. I use brush cleanser after each use so I can use the same brush every day but I'm tempted to buy an extra of every brush because I love them so much and I'm scared that one day they'll be gone and I don't have BU's for when they'll fall apart. I don't know if I want the duo-fiber colletion, they look great but I hate duo-fiber brushes, the only brush I like (LOVE!) is the Zoeva petit stippling brush for highlighting. I've only paid customs fees once because one stupid eBay seller wrote the real value of the package on the package :smash: I don't know if iHerb does real values or fake values, I hope fake lol. I think the book was for orders over $60, it's a $2 book lol. It's called 'Natural Factors, Stress, Anxiety, and Insomnia'. :')

Oh good, I'm not missing anything then

Back in the day I used MUFE's spray brush cleanser after each use. I was going through the stuff like crazy so I figured I might as well buy more brushes instead. Then the floodgates opened. Look at me now

Well, no point getting the Duo Fibre set if you don't like duo fibres to begin with (how dare you not like duo fibres!

Btw, are you happy with your powder brush?

I use the MAC brush cleanser and after like 2,5 years (+- 5 days a week) I still have some left. I have to say that I don't use eye brushes every day, from day to day I only use a paint pot (or something similar). I find duo fibres too flimsy. I like/need dense, firm brushes. :meh: If I want less product on the brush I just tap the excess on a tissue. :dunno: I LOVE the powder brush.:nods: I actually love all the RT brushes I have. The only brush I don't use is the pointed foundation brush (core collection), I hate those 'let's paint foundation on' brushes.

I'm looking forward to receiving mine even more now!

I wear eye makeup every day and I need at least 3-4 eye brushes for a simple, no frills look. If I'm using several colours it can easily be double that. I was probably a bit generous with the MUFE spray though
lol.gif

Hmm. I don't think I used my pointy foundation brush yet. I can't see myself using it for foundation because it'd take ages but it could work for concealer I guess. The one I used the most from the core set is the Contour Brush. I wish they sold it separately too.

Most of the times I only use 1 flat brush and 1 217-type brush. I do use them for several colors though. When I'm done with my make up or when I come back from school I clean all my used brushes with brush cleanser. I've bought a new brush cleanser in december because I don't want to run out of it but the one I'm currently using has enough for at least 2 more months. :') The pointed foundation brush is too small for foundation and too big for concealer.

If someone want to order RT brushes on Iherb and want a $5 off (or $10 off if you spend $40 or more) your first order, here's my code : QUD061

I also ordered one kit today while they are on sale, I already have a couple of these brushes and I love them!
