What are you using? I used my laptop and it took me to that do not refresh, back, etc. I opened p another browser and it was in my cart. I placed my order in like 3 minutes but that was like 10 to 12

i got the same thing but i hit refresh and it took me to print receipt page and emailed my confirmation try that next time in case it happens to you again

i had so many things happened, error while processing, timing out after clicking submit order (happened a few times) until I finally got it! Its like a war battle lol, now im afraid they will charge me 10 times or sth!!

That's dedication! Congrats!!! SLN is a great color. I thought it would look terrible on me but it is actually really nice (and different). I grabbed it for the Paramore concert in 2 weeks.

The only way we can get free shipping is if we spend $150 on an order which I can live with and understand, but on a release like this no pro discount and still have to pay for shipping while reg members get free shipping is unfair.

MAC is messing up, I thought all US orders had free shipping. I can understand the pros being charged shipping since they already get discounts but this lippie is not pro eligible anyway. They always find a way to mess with us

OMG...I decided to leave my desktop Internet Explorer page left up just to see what would happen and it FINALLY went thru. SHEEZUS! I first got into the virtual room at 10:56 Central Time. UGH! Granted, I had closed two prior pages but it finally did go thru this time. I believe I had brought up this last page maybe 30 mintues ago. I guess yall are right. For the people still waiting, just hang in there.

i didn't want this lipstick at first without the special packaging, then i read that the other lipsticks would have special packaging so i figured i would get it. it took me an hour, but my order finally went through!! yayyy!!
