This plan sounds good. I am thinking if Macy's does what they usually do, it will be on the launch day though. I think they want people to come into the store and buy other things so going in person to the store may have a better chance of getting you something you want rather than on line stalking. I wonder if the SA are allowed to hold items for this? I doubt it, but you never know. Maybe I should start buttering up my reps there at Macys, wonder if they like chocolate?

In my experience its always the older/more experienced MUA who are the nicest and most helpful. I hate it when the younger ones (few not all) give me attitude, yes they are beautiful and talented but gawd do they let you know...lol. I've never had a single complaint about a male SA either, they are always so sweet . I also think that it depends where the store is located, I usually visit a few around my area and you can definitely see the difference in how they treat their customers, department stores are the worst though..always with the attitude...always screwing up my orders

I just called my MAC at Macy's and they said they will be having the collection....

That's what I was told, maybe he had his info wrong? Maybe he meant the event is only in 2 stores? He has never steered me wrong though. I asked and its the same answer I kept getting form most of the employees They told me to call at 3 when the manager gets in and see what she has to say. *finges crossed*

I'm located in South Florida, I'll go in person tomorrow and ask just to be be sure!

ALL STORES will be carying it but only 2 stores are having the event- SF, NY-

As far as online 5/6 stores said in store only, one said not sure, but to check any way on tuesday at 12am because that's when it would launch if it was going to. This is on the Macy's website. He said also try the MAC pro site monday just in case.

Also, if you go to the even they will have stock that is event only so that you dont miss out. but they have said that before and then not held stock. So you probably want to go in on Wed anyway.

Luckily I found the Forever Marilyn beauty powder at my local CCO yesterday. I'm mainly trying to get all of the lipsticks.

I'm a newly found red lover.

So far I have Ruby Woo, RiRi Woo, and Lady Danger. I would love to add to my new collection and this will be the perfect collection to do so. Did you pick up Pure Zen from this collection or did you just get all the red lipsticks?

Nah, just the reds. I already had SI from the Iris Apfel collection. Would have been nice to have it in MM packaging too, but hey, no Macy's here and I am skint anyways. SI is close to LD. The latter being just a hair brighter / more orangey. Both are gawgeous... TPC is great too btw.
