Hope you get your order soon! I've only ordered from Macy's 3x (2x for MM). Their standard shipping is rather slow (compared to MAC or Nordstrom), but I must say I'm impressed with their CS. I recently had to call Macy's regarding my last order because I received an email confirmation that I ordered 2 Little Rock when I wanted to order 1 Little Rock and 1 Phiff. I thought maybe I messed up, so I called to see if I can correct that. She said it was a known system error and confirmed I was getting 1 Little Rock and 1 Phiff, then she offered me $10 credit applied to that order "for the inconvenience". I was surprised because I didn't call to complain or anything, but I was very happy about that. She was super nice too! (I can't say the same for Nordstrom. They weren't very pleasant last time I was on the phone with them. I don't need a $10 credit like Macy's did. Just be less bitchy nice! That said, I will probably still order more from Nordstrom because I want the points and the fast free shipping.) The only thing I don't really like with Macy's (aside from their shipping method) is their packaging. Not a fan of bubble mailer when I order mid-high end cosmetics.So my package has been sitting in my post office the whole time. Hey, at least you got a box.I got my package today and 1 of the 2 lipsticks i ordered came out of the packaging. I got scared that once opened it would be damaged but it looked fine. I followed Erine's advice and carefully opened both of the lipsticks to make sure there wasn't any damage and glad to say there wasn't... but I did notice that 1 of them seemed to have more product than the other (they are both DA). Anyways i'm happy they came undamaged and not melted but really am disappointed with Macy's packaging. They could've done a better job. It's just a box with paper and at the bottom of the box was the merchandise with no extra packaging for cushion which i assume was the reason why one of the lipsticks came out of the box....? Ah well....won't be ordering from them any time soon unless it's extra special![]()
