MAC Temperature Rising Collection (May 2013)

Hi everyone, hope you all are enjoying your TR goodies. It's that time again I like to share my haul and fotd also someone wanted to see liquid passion on a woc, I'm NC42 so I hope it helps! I went to the store this morning on a mission with a list for only RFL, Lp lipglass, and a Refined golden bronzer to replace an old one. with just 5 minutes at the display, i ended up adding the bms quad, HN blush, rich glance pencil, and strobe liquid, LOL. i always leave scratching my head asking myself "....how did this happen???" The blushes are definitely the standouts of this collection IMO, I had lunch with my sister today and she liked my blush (rfl)so I gave it to her, hopefully I can track down another one. Altered beige was missing from the display since it was being used on a client, but the MA talked me into it,(I'm so easily convinced)I don't really care for it on its own. Paired with a liner and Lp lipglass changes the game though. Lp lipglass is amazeballs, definitely reminds me of my favorite, naked space, without that horrendous scent. In the picture i'm wearing bms quad (the light taupe shadow on the lids and the green shadow smudged over minted eyeliner on the lower lash line). I'm also wearing rfl blush with the strobe liquid patted to highlight my cheekbones and down the nose. Lips are oak liner, altered beige ls, and Lp lipglass. I apologize for my yellow lighting!

Ok so I got BMS quad, rhythm, and Rfl blush. I put back RiRi woo since I have RubyWoo and my fav red is Absolute Power anyway. I didn't get HN because I have Supernova and I left FMP since I have Seductive Intent and a plethora of the other possible dupes. The other lippies did nothing for me. I think I did pretty good using restraint lol. Side rant: so I put my things on hold at Times Square and when I went to collect my RFL was gone. I was beyond pissed. My go to SA/manager went to check for me since they were supposedly sold out. While he was gone I saw a couple associates going through the hold bags and a RFL was taken out. I was livid. If you agree to hold something, NO ONE should be allowed to remove it. I calmed down and decided not to go off unless he couldn't find one. Thankfully he came back with a box full, but by that time the district manager had heard and he gave me one. I told my SA what I saw though.

You must me thinking of your ride Drammy. On your picks and restraint, you did really good and I need to take a page out of your book as far as restraint goes!
Couldn't agree w/you more about the holds----seems they don't know the meaning of that and how people take it seriously. It's a verbal agreement--live up to it. If you can't then don't do holds at all.

Makeup is gorgeous! Like how you used all the products and the cheek highlight is popping

Side rant: so I put my things on hold at Times Square and when I went to collect my RFL was gone. I was beyond pissed. My go to SA/manager went to check for me since they were supposedly sold out. While he was gone I saw a couple associates going through the hold bags and a RFL was taken out. I was livid. If you agree to hold something, NO ONE should be allowed to remove it. I calmed down and decided not to go off unless he couldn't find one. Thankfully he came back with a box full, but by that time the district manager had heard and he gave me one. I told my SA what I saw though.

I would be livid, too. Had this happen with Fashion Sets, when Heroine had been removed from my bag, when it was there when I checked a week prior. I'm a little less trusting now, especially since my SA was transferred to a counter where they have a no-hold policy.

Now I try to get everything I know I must have online, but don't release anything from my hold until I check it out in person.
