My Caliente and Soft Serenade arrived today!

Caliente is so much more beautiful than any photo/swatch I've seen online. I'm so glad I caved in and got it as it is pretty unique in my collection. I really like Soft Serenade too. I thought it would be a boring sheer beige gloss, but it's actually very pretty! Damn... I think I want Altered Beige and Liquid Passion now too. Must resist!!! Need to save $$$ for AAO and RiRi...

Still waiting for Nude on Board. It should arrive tomorrow.

Hello & thank you JenniBee! I've only washed & conditioned it. I actually purchased it to toss in a makeup bag for on-the-go touchups...and it's a good looking brush. That said, I compared it to my 176 SH and it's clearly not as dense. I don't know if that's apparent it the pic. I expect that it will perform well, it's very soft and there was no shedding when I washed and conditioned it.

In other news, I am totally and utterly in love with FMP. It paired nicely with Just Wonderful.

Can someone swatch or compare Flash of Flesh and Soft Serenade for me pls? I lost my almost new FoF after using it once. I want a replacement but I don't want to open my SS yet and I did not try it on in store. Are they close enough for me not to bother replacing FoF before it is gone?

Perhaps there are NYX dupes for JW? There's a NYX dupe for (almost) every MAC lip pencil in existence so I don't see why JW would be an exception. I haven't got Heroine pencil yet but it would probably be a good match too.

Well, I used TR only once so far, and that was yesterday when I wore it with FMP. I took a few pics for my own reference, mostly for the lippie. I have hooded eyes so the details of my eye makeup never show up properly on pics unless I specifically aim to capture them. This is the only one that does TR justice (kind of).

Lid inner half Temperature Rising, outer half Performance Art. Crease Swelter, blended up a bit. Beauty Marked to deepen the crease and outer V (I actually wanted to do a cut crease but I failed miserably lol). Blanc Type browbone.

UD Rockstar lower lashline, with a bit of Beauty Marked on top. Swelter to blend things out a bit.

Lips: Feel My Pulse with Just Wonderful liner. Obviously lol.

Cheeks: Easy Manner, with Shadowy to contour (not that it shows much, as I blended the bejesus out of it) and NARS Albatross to highlight.

Bonus: effed up brow pencil yeah!

Ah okay, yes I can sort of see the difference in density. Well I've been considering it. I need a good brush for blending out my blush/bronzer. My current brushes are so-so but they can make my face look a little streaky if I'm not careful. I know this probably isn't the best brush but I love the handle! I'm excited to know how this works for you!
