There are still some pro items that aren't available to non pros online...not sure what they decide makes the cut but for whatever reason they have only made a portion of the full pro line available on the "pro products" section that everyone can see. I do think it's interesting that this line is pro only though. I think it's gorgeous but I don't know if anything about it stands out as a exclusive line.

That's what I'm thinking too babe! I think the "PRO only" aspect of this collection was meant more for PRO "stores" only. I hope everyone has access to it online. It's a lovely collection! What all did you get Richelle? Anything yet? If so, what are you loving? I've been a little out of the loop...
But I don't think all pro shadows are available either. I'm missing colours like Bio Green and Bright Sunshine. I know some are discontinued, but I thought at least those two were still perm to pro. If they aren't could someone please tell me, because then I have to try to get BU's.
Haven't bought anything. I was supposed to be skipping this but I can't seem to stay out of this thread. Crimson Tryst and Brazenly are the only ones I really want at the moment.

Bio Green & Bright Sunshine are still available as PRO pans on PRO. The only 3 PRO pans that are listed in the "Goodbyes" section are: Winkle, Purple Haze, Sunny Spot

PRO Pans listed on the PRO site are: Vellum, Naval, Rose, Indian Ink, Deep Damson, Coral, Canary Yellow, Bright Sunshine, Sour Lemon, Bio-Green, Lime, Kelly, Bottle Green, Aqua, Sky Blue, Blue Calm, Cobalt, Ground Brown, Soot
Pro shadows are now only available in pan form. They're no longer made in pot form. Applies to all pro colours in shadows and blushes.
which is why i also believed her bc that dept where you order from is a small dept bc it seems like the same 3-4 women answer the phone. I cannot imagine what calls or ordering would be like for them if everyone who was a regular customer had to call or chose to call, they would be flooded to the extreme and it would be hard for people to get through.
That's what I was trying to say....if I'm not mistaken all of the pro shadows aren't available in the pro section for non-pros. Some are but I think there are some that will only show if you are logged in with a pro membership. Just like some of the Face and Body foundation options only show if you are logged in as a pro...and the bulk wipes (only mention these two things because I noticed that immediately when I finally got my pro card number). I recall seeing a press release that stated this collection was only available via the pro store and online only to pro members which was why non pros were told that they could access it by calling the number to order since that or visiting an actual pro store were there only options. Only thing I can think of is for anyone interested to check the website on the 11th if they are non pro...and if they still don't see it to call (or if you know what you want you can call now of course lol)
Not sure about that since I think free shipping codes are usually for online use. Your best bet may be to ask them when you call.

I've placed several orders with Nicole, and you're right-she's very sweet and knowledgable but I'm still skeptical about this release.
