Rebel is great! Am I the only one who doesn't wait for Fall to rock the vampy lips? lol
Heck no, I too rock them all year long... in fact most of my lipsticks are vampy shades and hardly any of them are lustres. I feel like that's the quickest way to look like you spend hrs doing your makeup in just 5 mins; foundation, mascara, a vampy lipstick and I'm good to go :)

I feel more myself when I have a super deep color like Cyber on. Not to mention vampy lips are just oh so sexy!

Lol same here, I love Cyber so much that I rocked that one and Diva all spring long. Like Mr. Aucoin once said "there are no rules in makeup"

YES! I don't have Diva, but it's on my list of perm colors to get. One of my fav combos is Cyber over Heroine liner.

I got a couple of very dark lippies (Film Noir and Media) right at the end of winter, so it was too late to rock them for the season. So now I'm looking forward to fall so I can bust them out! Fall/Winter is definitely my favorite time of year for makeup. The only thing I look forward to in Spring/Summer is coral lippies...but nothing beats a deep red wine colored lip!
Girl, bust those bad boys out!

Well, there are some, but yes, for the most part, there aren't any rules.

THANK YOU!  That trend makes soooo little sense to me.  We're going to hide dark, puffy undereyes by using a lighter concealer???  Sure, that makes sense  :bangin:    My fingers are crossed right there with ya!
I mean seriously! It's basic anatomy! Our lower eye is supposed to be recessed into our face, so why are people trying to bring it forward? That's why using a light colour does? It highlights and brings forward. There's a difference between lightening and highlighting, and this trend is not lightening :nope:

Speaking of vampy, I just picked up Film Noir at the CCO.
Richelle said it best, lol. But I wear whatever color lip I want to, regardless of the season!
erine, is it true that concealers for undereyes should be NW and a shade lighter? For instance Im a NC20, so I should use NW15? Could I just use my prolongwear in NC20 that I currently use for my face for undereyes as well?
I agree with erine's response it depends on the person and their color you should try both and take one of the mirrors with you and walk around the store for different lighting. I hate the lightings in store blah
As you know we are skin twins, and i wear nw20 for concealer. NW is generally more ideal for under eye concealers, but not always. Aside from the nc/nw factor, it should match your skintone. Right now there the HUGE trend of undereye highlighting with a lighter shade of concealer, which i despise with a passion, but to each their own. Hopefully that trend will pass soon, I'm keeping my fingers crrosed! Oh yeah!
Lol I conceal my eyes and after I put my foundation I use the mac highlighter pen in light boost under my eye and side of nose...does this count? Lol
Year round, IDGAF lol
Lol I do too and I wear it to go grocery shopping I don't care! But people stare at me. -_-
