It is pretty, EO. I can't believe you were not around jumping on the nude bandwagon especially.

I am not sure how SM looks on lighter beauties but it is absolutely WOC friendly. There will be so many more blushes coming out in other collections that if you ladies are uncertain about it then it should be ok to miss out. The hardest part about this collection I think for many was the inability to see these items in person and try them first. I do believe however that is one of the lovliest collections recently as well. I bought several items from N&M in April but didn't get SM then as there was no swatches around. I called all over to several pro stores to order it a few days after in April but was too late. I have had it on my mind since and when I was able to order from the 800 number in June I eventually got it (for the first time). It was worth the hassle for me but maybe not so much for everyone.

^^I want this blush but am turned off by the description. I am not a fan of anything "mauve", so I just can't drop it in my basket. Debbs is right; it's hard with something like this, that you might be on the fence about, to pull the trigger when you can't see it.

I'd say if you're interested in it and you won't be straining your pockets to get it then you should go for it. Worse case scenario you have to return it or sell it to someone else. I understand not wanting to go through the hassle though. This collection was difficult for many to see in person back in April because it sold out quickly (or you're like me and don't have a pro store in your area), but like Debbs said I think it was one of the best collections MAC released this year. Truly wearable colors in any situations (work, everyday, night out) without much fuss.

i am glad i grabbed stylish me blush. i've decided not to depot it because i think it truly will be one of those everyday blushes so i want to make sure if i need to, i can just grab it and go!

Just got Barefaced blush. It IS really natural & pretty on. Nothing scary looking. Its a very sheer NATURAL slight pinked beige. If you hate bronzers (which I do) this is PERFECT! Its just a hint of natural slight color on. It will work great with the Nudes & Smokey eyeshadows.
It's definitely in the no makeup makeup look.

I wore barefaced today (literally on a bare face lol). Love it because it's such a natural blush that anyone can wear. I just felt like showing it a little love but was too lazy to put any other makeup on (other than lipstick).

I agree ladies, it's very natural and easy to wear! I've worn it with light makeup too! But it also seems like it'll work great with a strong lip &/or eye.

forgot to upload this with my recent post, but here I was wearing barefaced blush & hot chocolate lipstick :heart2:
Wow, those both look so nice on you! It makes me sad I missed out on hc. Maybe I could recreate it with a purplish lip pencil and darker nude?

For some reason, the nude eyeshadows turn orange on me, even with primer. They all end up looking like the same color so I can't even use one to contour with. Anyone else have this problem?
