AFU isn't fuchsia. It's more of a pinkish red. FOF is the fuchsia LS, and I believe it's the one in the promo.

I got my prep and prime over the weekend and tried it out with TTT...I love it! No more patchy issues. Its still picking up dark on some of the skin on the middle of my bottom lip but not like it was before. I also had on some C. Bigelow lip balm that I had first then blotted it off and applied the P & P, then the TTT. So thanks to all that suggested the P & P, it really is the holy grail for matte lippies!

Have you tried pairing it with a lip liner? I noticed on me (I'm around NC 30-35), that when I apply Runway Hit straight out of the tube, it washes me out. I started lining and filling in my lips with Boldly Bare (to add a smidge of warmth); NYX Sand Beige (to add warmth as well); NYX Nude (if I want a full on nude lips), apply the lipstick then press my finger lightly on my lips especially at the edges so it doesn't look so heavy on the lips. I hope this helps!

Hmm I'll try that! I like it in real life but I wonder if it really looks how it does in photos lol I thought maybe it was because it was so warm it washed my out but I'll try liners

FLAT OUT FABULOUS Did anyone see "Watch What Happens Live" last night with Andy Cohen. His guest were Kandi Burgess and Kenya Moore. Kandi had the most beautiful lipstick color I have even seen. Someone inquired what she was wearing and she said FOF. It looked like a dark wine-pink- fuchsia matte color. She had to mix it with something else. I saw it too, even before she said the color, I knew that had to be FOF. I totally forgot I had that color, I need to wear it more.

I have FOF too. I tried it on last night. It did not look the same. She lined it with a darker color perhaps. I tried Fashion Boost under it and that was not it. Are there any makeup artist out there?? Help!!!!!!!

You can try currant. But she may just have a naturally darker lip colour, which would cause the lipstick to have a darker appearance after application.

:agree: I remember being an assistant on the set of her video (sadly I can't remember what song it was for lol but it was in 2010) and her natural lip color is pretty pigmented. So it's possible that the lippie just translates darker on her. Currant might help you achieve the look you're going for though.

You were spot on.

I just tried Flat Out Fabulous with the Currant liner. I think it looks pretty darn close to what Kandi Burgiss from the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" had on last night while making a guest appearance on "Watch What Happen Live." To me, FOF is a Spring or Summer color, However, using the Currant lipliner is a good way to play with the color for Fall and Winter outfits.

Line it with a darker lip liner. Currant maybe. I did it with nightmoth one time (ps I have very dark lips) and I loved it!!!!

Agree with wihat everyone else said about currant and nightmoth for FOF. I also love it with More to Love liner which pretty much is or gives the look from the promo pic for the collection.

Me wearing FOD on top of Nightmoth liner. Lasted all day without killing my lips surprisingly.
