I don't even want to say the weather we've been having in Cali because you all would throw snowballs at me! Stay safe and warm my friends :hug:

Our high for today (Monday) is -8 with a low of -19, and thats not including windchills! We havent seen temps like this in 20 years! No wonder my pups don't wanna go out to potty!

The temperature here is outrageously cold. Right now it's - 22º and it feels like -48º. It's supposed to drop even more with wind chills of up to -55º to -60º ! Right now, I wish I was in a warmer place .

Omg! So that means homes are equipped with great heaters over there right? And no one goes out anywhere. That sucks.

Well the city is shut down until 6pm at least, so only emergency personal are allowed out on the roads, and because of the temps, they're telling people to stay inside. Frostbite can kick in within 5mins. Heaters will be ok, it's frozen pipes and power we have to worry about.

It's just crazy and yes, it means to only go out if necessary. The governor cancelled school for kids/teens/youth safety which is great. I don't think I am going to work!

Yeah, so I am hoping temperatures don't keep dropping from what it has been alerted. Everyone went crazy food shopping here and lines were so long.... but at least no onevis really going out risking of getting frozen or flesh burns.

Man it's days like this that makes Summer in the Chi, AWESOME! I don't care if I'm out walking in circles, I will be out every day this Summer. And we better not get that 70* b/s in July like we did last year.

It's bad out there, I stayed in! Same for tomorrow, I don't have good enough circulation in my feet and hands to go out.

It's weather like this that makes me very happy to have hot water rads here. They make great heat!

It's hard to imagine spring with these sub zero temps. I feel really bad for all the folks in the midwest and Canada. It wasn't too bad here in Denver but No groceries at the stores and folks stranded at the airports for days is crazy. This was nothing compared to the usual March blizzards. Well except for the extreme polar vortex temps.!! For the irony I wore snowscene gloss over Gaga 2 lipstick today. While I cannot even imagine wearing the pastels in this collection I am dreaming of spring weather.

Thanks, but I'm not driving anywhere until my doctors appointment on wed. I was just out clearing off my car so i wasn't waiting til last minute. I think our official totals were like 12" yesterday, so 19" total. I'm staying put tomorrow, inside, nice and toasty! I feel so bad for the girls tho. They hate going outside!
