Mentioned that I heard something about this collection to my usual MA, and she said that she knows it's coming out in early Feb, but she doesn't go to update until the end of this month, so otherwise she knows nothing about it. Looks like the artists are going to be in the dark about this collection until the last minute too!

After all these strong pigmented colors and matte finish i am not sure if i can go back to lustre finish and pastels. When spring ever gets here we shall see?

The lipstick that she used in the picture, looks matte to me and if it is. It will be at the top of my buy list.

I was handed this invite when I went to the store yesterday to pick up some items. He had a stack of them and was trying to get people to sign up for appointments. So, nothing special--I suspect that each store has their own way of inviting. Perhaps contact your local stores to see?

That's how I got my Glamour Daze invite. I thought it was so awesome that I had a fancy invite from Mac lol! And this was before I was into Mac color collections (Archie's Girl started that). And I called for the Baking Beauties event to get an appointment time :)

I hope that pink looks good on me - that type of pink is a real crapshoot with my coloring. If it's a matte or retro matte, I am going to be really hoping it works. If it's some other finish, I'll probably resist, considering that I've got Playtime and Pink Popcorn to keep me busy.

I was just looking at my Playtime and Pink Popcorn last week thinking I need to wear them. I'm still on this love affair of my dark lippies right now. Even though I don't wear lippies for a season. I wear what I want when I want with whatever goes with my "look" or fit atm

Thank you, liba! That was a selfie I took back on my birthday, Oct. 22nd. I always try to buy a new sexy top for my birthday. It makes me feel happy, young and sexy. My hair is all natural. Used to be a lot curlier. It's time for a hair cut. Maybe next month.

I also am loving that purple lippie in the center. At least, like you, I hope it's a lippie and not a pigment. I can never seem to have enough purples in my life.

Also, liking that shade of pink she has on her lips. I need a new pinky lipstick to add to my family . I also like the shadows(?) not sure if they are shadows or something else, but I want the pink, purple yellow and green she has on.

I need a frgging color story already so I can make a list. Come on MAC!!!!!!

You wouldn't happen to have a link to the one you got - I love the ruching it's got at the bust. I am in the market for a cut out neckline top!!!

Also, as a fellow curly head, I've been trying to grow mine out and it's getting along, but there is so much further to go to get it as long and fabulous as yours, if it ever manages it! It was only that long when I was a kid. I wanted it all cut off at age 10 or 11 and I rue the fact my mom didn't restrain me back then, but she was a crazy stickler for me combing it out with a fine tooth comb every damn day so it wouldn't have "knots" and I was frikken sick of that, so I said "CHOP IT". Oh those nutty old fashioned parents, huh?

This collection is scaring me, because everything seems like stuff I have dupes for, and yet, I know if the color or texture is just that little bit extra jazzy, I'm still going to break down and buy. I will be snagging those fluidlines without breaking a sweat, though. That's for sure!
