Sorry, I didn't realize a liner also had the initials PT.. I meant Perfect Topping the MSF. I wear navy or burgundy on my upper lashline sometimes with a natural face but I'm not very adventurous with the bright liners..haha.

Whatever you want, as long as it's cool pink-, blue- or purple-based in colour. PT is a highlighter, so it has no control (other than based colour) in how the rest of your makeup looks.

I don't like coloured liners (it reminds me of grade 7 and bright blue waterlines), but PT looks gorgeous! What do you do with the rest of your face lol?

Phlox Garden is one of those colors you can just smudge into the lash lines and it will really bring out green eyes. It was used on the runways in a dramatic wing too, which is something I like a lot. In fact, the green fluidline, if it's Ivy (or not)…well, I wear Ivy ALL the time as a dramatic wing on the upper lid, with just a nude or bare lower lid and some really groovy coral or purplish lipstick and get tons of compliments every time. I like wearing a green mascara along with Ivy liner and would definitely go for purple mascara with Phlox Garden too. Just go easy on the blush and eyeshadow when you do a look like this (I will normally skip shadow entirely) and you're golden!

Alright, let's hash this out. I've got Adored MSF (peachy pink), Fairly Precious EDSF (peachy rosy gold), the Becca Rose Gold highlighter (rosy gold), Mary Loumanizer from theBalm (champagne), and the NARS one from the Guy Bourdin palette (whitish champagne). Do I need to even consider Stereo Rose and/or Perfect Topping? I'm NW15-20 and I wear highlighter whenever I wear makeup. I just got into MAC last year so I haven't seen these MSFs before.
Stereo Rose is a coral and Perfect Topping is pale pink highlighter, so if you like those kinds of colors then they are worth considering. I'm a similar coloring to you, and I love Stereo Rose on me and I will be picking up Perfect Topping.
Stereo rose won't be a highlighter, it'll be a blush on you. PT will work on your pink skintone, and will be different than anything that you listed above, all of which is warmer toned. PT is definitely cooler toned.
